Shipping Policy
We want your tools and materials to reach you in good order, with clear delivery information at checkout.
Processing and delivery estimates
Available shipping methods, delivery estimates, and applicable charges are displayed at checkout when available. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier operations, customs processing, weather, high-volume periods, or other events outside our control.
Tracking
When tracking is available for your shipment, it will be provided after the order has been dispatched. Please allow time for a carrier to register the first scan and update the tracking record.
Shipping address
Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We will try to assist before dispatch, but an address cannot always be changed once an order is in fulfillment or with the carrier.
Delays, missing parcels, and damage
If a parcel appears delayed, please check its tracking first. If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears missing after delivery, contact service@selmaren.com promptly with your order number and clear photos where relevant. We will review the information and work toward an appropriate resolution.
